These terms cover the LGD Ventures website and products. Product-specific terms (for example, ChatCairn) also apply.
Paid products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes and invoices. Its buyer terms apply to purchases.
Refunds: available within 14 days of purchase on request, unless a product’s terms state otherwise.
Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Third-party services our products work with may change and affect functionality.
You agree to use our products lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party services involved.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
