Terms of Use

These terms apply to the MeetCrate browser extension for Chrome and Microsoft Edge by LGD Ventures (“we”). By installing or using MeetCrate you agree to them.

1. What MeetCrate does. MeetCrate exports meetings from your own Read AI account to files on your computer using Read AI’s official API. It is provided “as is”, without warranties. Read AI may change its API or limits, which can temporarily affect exports.
2. Your account and content. You are responsible for the meetings you export, for having the right to export them (for example, under your organization’s policies and the consent of meeting participants where required), and for complying with Read AI’s terms.
3. Free and Pro. Free exports your 10 most recent meetings. Pro is a one-time purchase (currently US$29, launch discounts may apply) sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds within 14 days on request. A license may be used on the number of browsers stated at purchase (currently up to 3). Pro includes future sources we add to MeetCrate; we don’t promise a specific source or date.
4. Acceptable use. Don’t use MeetCrate to access accounts or meetings you are not authorized to access, or to resell or redistribute the extension.
5. Trademarks. MeetCrate is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Read AI. Its name is a trademark of its owner and are used only to describe compatibility.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MeetCrate in the last 12 months. Keep your own copies of important meetings; MeetCrate never holds a copy.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
